Noémie was born in a small Alsatian village near the German-Swiss border. She took a liking for traveling and discovering new cultures early on, which led her to travel to over 10 countries. As a photographer, she loves to share people's life stories and find diversity and beauty in each person.
But she has more than one string to her bow! Noémie also thrives with her hands and sensitivity. By elegantly combining colors and natural elements, she finds beauty and good to create special moments for her loved ones.

Old City Mailroom
Hi, I’m Andi, a calligrapher, graphic designer, entrepreneur, and queen of run-on sentences.
I believe in creating moments of childlike joy and surrounding people in heavenly love. As a designer, I believe in using my gifts to serve others—wether that be propelling businesses through branding systems, curating stationery for life’s sweetest milestones, teaching the skill of hand lettering, or simply setting a beautiful atmosphere for folks to feel peace. I am a dreamer, a goofball, and mostly a work in progress. I feel entirely honored to do what I do and I can’t imagine life any other way.
Lionel is an Alsatian born and bred. In this land of good food, his senses were awakened around generously laid tables and good spirits. He therefore naturally started cooking and mixing spices and textures to create dishes rich in both colors and taste. He pours out his heart into his cooking, since he takes huge pleasure in sharing friendly moments around a nice home cooked meal.
Outside the kitchen, Lionel works as a hospital nurse and is passionate about music. Whenever he has a spare minute, he picks up his guitar and puts his thoughts into a song. He's now working on producing an album to share his music.

A collage of time, this flower arrangement will serve as a practice of rest as well as a meditation on life’s beauty and passing. You may bring any special items to add to your arrangement.

In a world that seems to go faster and faster, slow living comes essentially as a way to not conform to the world, a lifestyle that desires to get back to basics and taking the time to appreciate the smalls things.
Since food is at the very center of this movement and more importantly, at the center of our lives, cooking and sharing food together is the perfect way to slow down, share values and celebrate!
Eva will dive into the principles of slow food and together we will create and enjoy a delicious meal to awaken our senses, gain a new awareness of food and bring intentionality and imagination to our table.
